By submitting your email address during the event registration process, you agree that Into Africa and its event partners may send you event-related information. A valid email address is required for all registrations. Into Africa Code of Conduct describes Into Africa member's and staff's commitment to the highest standards of integrity, responsible behaviour, and ethical and professional conduct. All attendees, speakers, sponsors and volunteers at an Into Africa event are required to adhere to Into Africa's Code of Conduct. Into Africa will enforce this code throughout the event. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

Into Africa reserves the right to change, amend, add or remove any of the above Terms & Conditions in its sole discretion and Into Africa without prior notice. If one or more of the conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions should become invalid, the remaining conditions will continue to be valid and apply. These Terms & Conditions apply to all event participants (attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors). The views expressed by any event attendee, speaker, exhibitor, or sponsor are not necessarily those of Into Africa. All attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors are solely responsible for the content of all individual or corporation presentations, marketing collateral, and/or advertising.

In registering for an event, workshop, conference, forum or activity hosted by the Into Africa (the event), delegates and speakers agree to the following terms and conditions: Privacy Into Africa has a comprehensive Privacy Policy that be followed for any information provided to Into Africa. Specifically, your contact details will be used to compile a delegate list that will be used by: Into Africa event organisers; third party event organisers; venues and accommodation provider for the purpose of room bookings (if applicable); sponsors; and parties associated Into Africa related events. If you are a speaker, your presentation documents will be available on the website landing pageor provided to delegates to view after the event.

At the time of registration, Into Africa provided the most recent information available and the delegate and/or speaker accept that the content and/or the delivery of the event can change beyond the control of Into Africa. Into Africa will not take any responsibility for any errors, omissions and changes to the program or content of the event. Into Africa reserves the right to make changes as it deems necessary Into Africa.

Into Africa reserves the right to update the Disclaimer and Terms and Conditions Into. Into Africacannot control all content published or disseminated at the event. You may find other delegates' or participants' communications, graphics, audio files or other information inappropriate, offensive, harmful, inaccurate, dishonest or misleading and/or deceptive, however you alone are solely responsible for your interaction with other delegates and agree to act responsibly and exercise caution, common sense and safety while in attendance at the conference. Into Africa, its directors, employees, servants, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any losses , damages, liabilities, claims or expenses whatsoever arising out of or referable to the event.

Registration If a person is registering on behalf of a delegate/s it is the responsibility of that person to notify the delegate of the terms and conditions of registering, for which they will be agreeing to on the behalf of the delegate. Responsibility also includes providing full details of the delegate's/s' registration details as confirmed.
